👉 What happened: Now, SDA, the union for fast food workers, claims that over 25,000 managers and supervisors were asked to work pre and post-shift - unpaid.
👉 What else: Now, the SDA has launched a class action against McDonald's Australia as well as 325 individual franchisees—because unpaid work is pretty pretty pretty illegal.
