Information on Flux is for general information purposes only

Flux helps you to access:

your personal credit information
information relating to all of your chosen Bank accounts (using the ‘Flux Insights’ pages on Flux).

Flux also provides you with tips and advice for living your best financial life.

While we have endeavoured to ensure that the information available on Flux is free from error, we do not warrant its accuracy, adequacy, timeliness or completeness or that it is suitable for your intended use. All information is provided for general information purposes only and should not be relied on to make any decisions.

You use Flux and apply for any offers featured on Flux at your own risk.

Flux takes no liability for your access to Flux or any action you take arising from material or information on Flux.

Information on Flux is not advice

Flux does not provide personalised financial, legal or tax advice. We filter content and offers based on your Personal Information which you have agreed to share with us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We don’t consider your personal financial situation (income, expenses, life needs) or personal goals or objectives.

Your credit score

Your personal credit score and comparisons against others’ personal credit scores will change over time, and those comparisons are made against only part (not all) of the Australian population (if you are using the Australia site) or the New Zealand population (if you are using the New Zealand site).

Flux helps you obtain your personal credit score. We do not create any scores and are not a credit reporting body.

Your banking information

If you use Flux Insights on Flux, the information that you access is accessed by or on behalf of Flux from the banks that you choose to add to your Flux Insights account. Flux does not verify that information, including its accuracy. The information that you access using Flux Insights may not include your most recent transactions.

Security

Flux takes the security of your information seriously. However, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that Flux’s services or the transmission of data over the internet will be 100% secure or uninterrupted.
